Upon making appointments, please notify the receptionist of any health concerns, medical problems, pregnancy or gender requests. All spa services are subject to availability. Prices and service selections are subject to change without notice. The length of each spa service is approximate. Spa treatments must be guaranteed with a credit card. Prices do not include gratuities.

When redeeming gift cards, please be sure to bring the actual card at the time of your appointment. If you do not have your gift card present on the date of service, it will be expected that the full amount be paid using method of payment.

To enjoy the full value of your spa experience, we suggest you arrive at least fifteen minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. We are committed to offering all of our clients a reliable timetable. Your treatment will always end at the scheduled time, so please remember to be on time.

We will supply robes and slippers during your stay at the spa. The atmosphere is casual and comfortable. Please feel free to wear your most comfortable clothing and remember to leave jewelry at home. We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of personal articles, including clothing and accessories. Urban Nirvana is an adult environment of relaxation and tranquility. Please respect other guests’ privacy by turning off pagers and cellular phones when you enter the spa.

Urban Nirvana is a co-ed facility. We offer separate showers, lockers and dressing rooms for men and women. Special attention and careful draping for privacy, comfort and relaxation are guaranteed during all treatments.
